Join us to learn more about our master’s degrees listed below:Literacy: The master’s degree program in Literacy Instruction includes the most current theory and practice in literacy education, and is designed to develop highly qualified literacy educators who can guide K-12 students to excellence in literacy. Graduates will be qualified for New York State initial certification as reading specialists leading to professional certification. Also, offered is a new literacy specialist certificate.Special Education Grades 1-6 or 7-12: The primary goal of the Special Education 1-6 or 7-12 master’s program is to provide teachers with knowledge, instructional principles and practices for teaching students with disabilities.
